Refund policy

RETURN & REFUND TO THE SOURCE IS NOT POSSIBLE AGAINST ANY ORDER. ALL KINDS OF REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED VIA STORE CREDIT ONLY.

Customers can RETURN the items within 7 days from the date of delivery by placing a request from the footer section of our website.

We will arrange a reverse pickup for all eligible items. A reverse fee of ₹100 per product is applicable to cover logistics and handling costs.

Once we receive the return, you will get a REFUND to the store credits (never expire), which can be used for an exchange or your next purchase with us.

Partially paid amount for CASH ON DELIVERY is NON-refundable to cover logistics and handling costs.

ALL MYSTERY ITEM SALES ARE FINAL. We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges for mystery items unless they're incorrect or damaged.

Do NOT send other items along with the return item that was NOT approved. We have the right to decline the refund if the received products are mismatched or returned in poor condition.
